Terms of Service
Last updated October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (and, if applicable, the business you represent) and DELAB, s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia ("Four.ad", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Four.ad software, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a platform, or paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms in full. If you don't agree with them, don't use the Service.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
To use Four.ad you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorized to bind that business to these Terms, and "you" in this document then means both you personally and that business, jointly and severally where applicable law permits.
We may decline to open an account, or may suspend or close one, for anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements or who we reasonably believe is providing false information.
2. What Four.ad does
Four.ad lets you create, publish, and manage advertising campaigns on connected ad platforms (Meta for Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and X), track orders from a connected store to attribute sales back to those campaigns, and use an in-app AI assistant to review performance and make changes to your campaigns in plain language.
Specifically, and precisely, the Service can:
- Build, publish, pause, resume, and edit campaigns on the ad platforms you connect.
- Continuously analyze live campaign performance and suggest changes. Every suggestion waits for your approval (in the dashboard, or by confirming it to the assistant) unless you have explicitly turned Automatic optimization on in Settings. Automatic optimization is off by default and is available on the Meta + Google plan and above. While it is on, the Service may, without asking you first each time:
- pause underperforming campaigns, ad sets, or ads, and decrease a campaign's budget;
- shift budget from a weaker campaign to a stronger one — between the ad sets of one campaign group or between your connected ad platforms — where the increase on one side is funded dollar-for-dollar by the decrease on the other, so your total daily budget does not go up;
- increase a campaign's budget only if you have set a daily budget ceiling in Settings, and only while your total daily budget stays at or below that ceiling, total budget increases made automatically stay within 25% over any rolling 7 days, and the campaign has measured conversions in the last 7 days.
- Track orders server-side from your connected store, so sales can be attributed back to the campaign that produced them, including by using one-way hashes of customer contact details to match orders to ad platforms' own conversion-reporting systems (see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves).
- Build retargeting and lookalike audiences on connected ad platforms from the visitor data those platforms' own pixels or SDKs collect on your store, where you've enabled that feature.
- Answer questions and take actions through the in-app AI assistant. The assistant acts on your instructions, and — other than the automatic-optimization actions described above — a mutating action (like changing a budget, editing ad copy, or toggling a campaign leg) is designed to run only after you've clearly told it to. The assistant is a large language model: it can misunderstand a request, make a mistake, or act on an ambiguous instruction. You are responsible for reviewing what it proposes and for what it does once you confirm it — see Section 6.
We may add, change, deprecate, or remove features over time as the product evolves. We won't remove a feature that is a core, advertised part of your plan without reasonable notice, but we do not guarantee that any specific feature, integration, or automation will remain available indefinitely, particularly where its availability depends on a third-party platform (see Section 12).
3. Beta and experimental features
We may label some features "beta," "early access," "experimental," or similar. These are provided for evaluation, may be incomplete, may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and are provided without any warranty whatsoever, even where the rest of the Service carries a stronger assurance. Don't rely on a beta feature for anything business-critical.
4. Subscription, billing, and plans
Four.ad is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. There are four flat-rate tiers, and they differ in which ad platforms you can connect and use. The core Service — AI campaign building, server-side order tracking, AI suggestions, and the in-app assistant — is included in every tier. Automatic optimization, budget shifting between platforms, and backup coverage need at least two ad platforms, so they start at the Meta + Google tier.
| Plan | Price per month | Ad platforms included |
|---|---|---|
| $39 | Google Ads | |
| Meta + Google | $49 | Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads |
| Meta + Google + TikTok | $59 | Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok |
| All 5 platforms | $69 | Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and X |
Annual billing costs the monthly price × 10 for 12 months (two months free). Prices are the early-access prices currently offered; if we change them, the notice terms below apply. Ad platforms we list as "coming soon" (currently Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest) are not part of any plan until we announce that they are available.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes, duties, or similar charges that may apply where you're based — those are your responsibility unless we're required by law to collect them.
Billing, invoices, payment methods, plan changes, and cancellation are managed through Stripe's secure hosted billing portal, accessible from your account settings. We do not store your full card details ourselves. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it automatically, and we may suspend or limit the Service until payment succeeds.
Your subscription fee covers the Four.ad software only. It does not include your advertising budget. Ad spend is billed separately by each ad platform, directly to the payment method you have on file with that platform. We never take a percentage of your ad spend, and your ad budget never passes through Four.ad's accounts.
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the change and its billing impact are handled by Stripe's standard proration rules for the new price to take effect from your next billing date, unless the portal presents different terms at the time. If we change the price of a plan, we will give you advance notice, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect if you don't want to continue.
5. Cancellation and refunds
There's no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal in your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods where you simply didn't use the Service, except where required by law.
- Money you've already spent on ads through a connected platform is never refundable by us — that money went to the ad platform, not to Four.ad, and any refund request for it must be made to that platform directly.
- We may, at our sole discretion and without obligation, issue a refund or credit in individual cases (for example, a billing error on our part). Doing so once does not create an obligation to do so again.
If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have statutory rights of withdrawal for digital services and other mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in this section removes those rights, and where local consumer law gives you a stronger right than the policy above, that law controls. Email hello@four.ad and we'll sort it out.
6. Your account and your responsibility for what happens in it
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account, whether or not you personally performed the action. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
You're also responsible for the accuracy of everything you connect to Four.ad — business details, billing details, store data, and the ad accounts you link — and for having the legal right to connect and authorize us to act on each of them.
You are solely responsible for the campaigns, budgets, and spend decisions made or authorized through the Service, including actions carried out by the in-app AI assistant once you have confirmed them, including every budget change you approve, and including every pause, budget decrease, budget shift, or ceiling-limited budget increase made automatically by Automatic optimization once you have turned it on in Settings. Four.ad is a tool that acts on your instructions and configuration; the resulting campaigns, the creative they run, the audiences they target, and the money they spend are yours, not ours. We are not a party to, and do not review or pre-approve, any individual campaign, ad, or budget decision before it is executed.
We strongly recommend setting budget limits and spend caps you're comfortable with, reviewing what's running on a regular basis, and keeping independent spend caps in place directly on the ad platforms themselves as a second layer of protection against unexpected spend, whatever the cause.
7. Connected third-party platforms
When you connect a third-party platform — an ad account on Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, or X, a store/CMS integration, or a creative tool such as Higgsfield — you authorize Four.ad to access that platform's API on your behalf, within the scopes you grant, solely to provide the Service described in these Terms.
You confirm that you have the right to connect each account and to let us act on it on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Integrations page; once disconnected, we stop acting on that account, though data already synced may take time to purge (see our Privacy Policy).
Where a connected creative tool (such as Higgsfield) runs on your own subscription or account with that provider, any usage, credits, or fees charged by that provider are between you and that provider — Four.ad does not fund, guarantee, or take responsibility for them.
Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms of service, advertising policies, and privacy policy. We don't control those platforms, we are not a party to your relationship with them, and we make no representation about their availability, pricing, or policies.
8. Data processing and privacy
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and GDPR page, each incorporated into these Terms by reference, describe what data we collect, why, and your rights over it. If you are a controller under the GDPR and need us to sign a Data Processing Agreement so you can formally appoint us as a processor, email hello@four.ad and we'll provide one.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any connected platform's own terms of service or advertising policies.
- Violate applicable advertising, consumer protection, competition, or data protection law — including running misleading claims, or advertising products or services you aren't permitted to advertise.
- Process personal data you aren't legally authorized to process.
- Upload or advertise content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, or non-public APIs of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise make the Service available to a third party as if it were your own product, unless we've agreed to it in writing.
- Place abusive or excessive load on our systems or on the connected platform APIs through automation, bulk requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to benchmark it for that purpose, without our written consent.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service for other customers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that isn't yours.
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting conduct to relevant authorities or platforms.
10. Intellectual property
We keep ours. The Service, including its software, models, prompts, interfaces, designs, documentation, and branding, remains the property of DELAB, s.r.o. and its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service while your subscription is active — it does not transfer ownership of anything, and no rights are granted by implication.
You keep yours. Your product content, brand assets, ad creative inputs, store data, and campaign data remain yours.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, adapt, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, to generate ad creative, publish campaigns to the platforms you connect, and produce reporting for you. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we're required to retain something by law or for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve the product, without any obligation or compensation to you.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other (for example, your business data, or our non-public product or pricing information). Each party agrees to use the other's confidential information only to perform its obligations under these Terms, to protect it with reasonable care, and not to disclose it to third parties except to employees, contractors, or service providers who need it to operate the Service and who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as this section. This does not restrict disclosure required by law or a valid legal process, or information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.
12. Dependence on third-party platforms
Four.ad works by connecting to platforms we don't control. Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, X, store/CMS providers, and creative tools like Higgsfield each set their own APIs, policies, approval processes, and rate limits, and they can change or restrict any of these at any time, without notice to us.
That means, entirely outside our control:
- A platform may change, restrict, or deprecate an API we rely on.
- A platform may reject, limit, disapprove, or take down an ad, ad set, or ad account.
- A platform may suspend or ban an advertiser account for any reason under its own policies.
- A platform may have an outage, bug, or reporting delay.
- A platform may change what data it makes available for attribution or reporting.
- A platform may change its pricing, minimum spend, or billing practices.
Any of these can affect part or all of the Service, including your ability to publish or run campaigns. We'll adapt as quickly as we reasonably can when a platform changes something, but we are not liable for any third-party platform's decisions, outages, policy changes, account actions, or data availability, and we make no representation about their reliability, accuracy, or continued availability.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any connected platform, integration, or automation will remain available or function without interruption.
We do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome, and nothing about the Service is a promise of results. Advertising performance depends on factors entirely outside our control — your product, pricing, market conditions, competition, creative quality, budget, the ad platforms' own algorithms and policies, and simple luck. Nothing in the app — including anything the in-app AI assistant says, suggests, or predicts, and including any dashboard metric, projection, or optimization recommendation — is a guarantee or promise of revenue, orders, conversions, return on ad spend, growth, or any other business outcome, and none of it constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: in no event will DELAB, s.r.o., its officers, employees, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or advertising spend, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, however caused and under any theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in subscription fees in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and in no event will exceed that amount, regardless of the number of claims. This cap does not include, and is unrelated to, any advertising spend billed by third-party ad platforms, which we never receive and are never liable for.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the exclusions and limitations in this section may not apply to you in full; in that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DELAB, s.r.o. and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any third-party claim, demand, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your ad content, product claims, landing pages, or brand assets.
- Any data you connect to, upload to, or process through the Service.
- Your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform's own terms.
- Your violation of applicable law or of any third party's rights.
- Any campaign, budget, or configuration decision made or confirmed through the Service, including through the in-app AI assistant.
16. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, immediately and without prior notice where reasonable, if it breaches these Terms, is used abusively or illegally, puts our systems or a connected platform's systems at risk, or has unpaid fees.
Where it's reasonable and safe to do so, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. For serious breaches, security risks, or legal requirements, we may act immediately without notice.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period following closure — export anything you want to keep before you close your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and this sentence) continue to apply after termination.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where the failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, riot, labor disputes, governmental action, internet or utility failures, or failures, outages, or policy changes of a third-party platform we depend on to provide the Service.
18. Relationship of the parties
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Four.ad. Neither party has the authority to bind the other or to act on the other's behalf, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
19. Export control and sanctions
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, or if you are on any restricted-party or denied-persons list maintained by the United Nations, European Union, United States, or Slovakia. You are responsible for complying with all export control and sanctions laws applicable to your use of the Service.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any right or obligation under them, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app or by email at least a reasonable time before the change takes effect where practicable. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you don't agree with a change, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovakia. If you're a consumer, nothing in this section removes the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, which continues to apply alongside these Terms.
Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by emailing hello@four.ad — most issues can be sorted out that way.
23. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and GDPR page, and any Data Processing Agreement signed between us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Four.ad regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach is not a waiver of any later breach.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full effect.
Notices. We may give you notice under these Terms by email to the address on your account, or by posting it in the app or on this website. Notices to us should be sent to hello@four.ad.
Headings. Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
